Volunteers are needed to assist with fundraisers to acquire the funds needed to raise awareness, education, provide resources, and supportive services to our community and shoreline area. It is only after we have created a Recovery Friendly Community can we start on our to build and establish a transitional facility in our area. Young adults require support and structure when returning back to their community from rehabilitation. Most insurance companies will cover only 30 days of treatment, which is not enough time for our young adults ages 18-28 to adjust to a new sober lifestyle. By volunteering, and working together as a community, we can stop the revolving door of rehab, and most importantly, save lives. Smile Anyway will provide the necessary life skills and support on a sliding scale, so that all of our children can receive the help needed to help them succeed. Together we can make a difference.
